About the Role
We are looking for talented and motivated architects with 2–5 years of experience to join our Technical Advisory & Coordination Team. This role focuses on providing on-site technical support, ensuring seamless coordination between all disciplines, and following up on design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between architectural, interior, structural and MEP teams to ensure design consistency and on-site feasibility.
- Work on construction drawings and detailing in coordination with structural, MEP and interior teams.
- Provide technical advisory input to ensure design quality, compliance, and constructability.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings to ensure consistency with design intent and specifications
- Provide on-site support to resolve technical and coordination issues in real time.
- Review and follow up on design modifications (interior and exterior) during all project phases.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Support project delivery to ensure outcomes meet design and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and coordination tools.
- Experience with BIM workflows and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Solid technical competency and understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work under pressure.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
