About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to join our supervision team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requests.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with the architectural, interior, structural and MEP teams to ensure consistency and on-site feasibility.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in site engineering.
- Previous experience in the GCC is preferred.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site procedures.
- Familiarity with building codes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
