D – Residence is conceived as a series of overlapping masses, which come together to define a central space that houses a covered pool. The design is spread across two levels, with the ground floor dedicated to the living and night-time facilities, providing a comfortable and functional environment for daily life. The first floor, accessed via an outdoor staircase, is reserved for leisure and recreation, featuring a spacious roof that enhances the overall living experience. The project’s unique form and layout create a dynamic flow between spaces while ensuring privacy and comfort for its inhabitants.
