About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized and proactive Administrative Officer based in Amman to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and provide clerical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic HR skills and knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
- Solid IT knowledge and strong computer skills are preferable.
- Basic Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare, review, and organize contracts and official documents in Arabic and English.
- Manage office documentation, filing systems and records.
- Performing receptionist duties and handle office correspondence, including emails, phone calls and other communications and maintain professional communication
- Assist with invoicing and record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and internal communications.
- Manage HR-related activities.
