About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Design Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong architectural expertise and a passion for design to contribute to office-based work.
Skills and Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Architectural Visualization and Conceptual Design, with a portfolio showcasing examples of the candidate’s work.
- Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills.
- High proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid technical competency and knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent team player with the ability to meet challenging deadlines and work under pressure..
- A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs, prepare presentations and develop comprehensive design documentations.
- Prepare 3D models and renderings to visualize concepts effectively.
- Willingness to contribute to a high performing team.
